Obama: Tax Payers, What is He Doing To Our Country?

The taxpayers are concerned because President Obama has raised the National Debt by several trillion dollars in one year. It is up to the tax payers to try to produce this amount. At the same time, he is wanting to increase the taxes with his health care program, as well as other programs that affect the tax payer.

Ann Coulter on FOX News, feels the health care program proposed will lead to centralized health care. It will take more taxes to sponsor the new regulations. It will put 42,000 people who cannot afford medical insurance on the government's roll. This has to be paid by the tax payers by increasing their health insurance rate 1,300 per year. This will still leave 52,000 people uninsured. Congressman Bill Posey states public opposition to the health care program, according to a January Rsmasmussen Poll, indicates that 56 percent of Americans oppose the plan while only 38 percent favor it.

The big banks that were bailed out with tax money are slowly repaying the government. President Obama wants to take the money paid back to the government by the big banks and use it to bail out anyone who faces foreclosure, by lowering their payment and lowering the interest rate to one percent. The tax payers would again be out, making our country less solvent.

Congress is nervous about the tax increases. They are trying to get the Republicans to go "across the aisle" and join them in voting for these increases. The majority of tax payers feel we are jeopardizing our country's future with the present spending.
